This course is designed for you to be able to complete in your own time, at your own pace. If you like, you can fly right through and finish it in under an hour. You can also linger--spend time reflecting, check out some of the supplemental materials, and analyze how to share the lessons with your team.

Take the time that you need to get out of this course what you want to get out of it. In particular, because the subject matter may touch on issues that can be challenging, give yourself space to take breaks if you need them. There is no stopwatch here. You have access to the course for all of 2024, so feel free to come back later to finish a section, to access a resource, or to remind yourself of some of the lessons.
